Throughout my career, I have continued to pursue continuing education and training to gain knowledge and expertise in the ever-changing real estate market. Experience, diligence, integrity, strong work ethic and technical expertise are some of the qualities I bring to the table when working with my clients.

I am proud to have helped hundreds of homeowners buy and sell property. I have made a lot of friends through my work. The honor and trust that a client bestows on me when they enlist my help in their real estate transactions is something I am grateful for and never take for granted. I have helped many first-time buyers, many experienced investors, and builders, as well as people moving for life changes such as relocating, divorce, moving up or downsizing. Each transaction has the personal and financial aspects of the people involved as the motivation for buying or selling, and I do my best to always keep the ideal in mind when working for my clients.

My work with builders, from assisting them in locating appropriate sites to develop and build homes on, to selling the new homes when the project is complete, has given me much insight into the many nuances in houses. My first experience in subdividing property was my own personal project. Since then, I have worked with major developers in obtaining appropriate sites for multi-family developments. Every project, large or small, is of the utmost importance to those involved and I work hard to obtain the best possible outcome for each and every one of my clients.

And about me personally- Besides being a Real Estate Broker, Marketer Extraordinaire, and a bit of a numbers geek, I am a mother of two grown daughters and have three wonderful grandkids. I grew up in Santa Cruz County and attended SLV and Cabrillo College. I love to spend my free time travelling, exploring new places and restaurants, enjoying good live music, and most of all enjoying the most wonderful place in the world- home!
